1. Contact with us
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of further questions. Project-related messages are kept for up to 30 years.
We do not pass on data without your consent.
If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.
We use log data without attribution to the person of the user or other profiling in accordance with legal requirements only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of our website.
However, we reserve the right to evaluate the log data retrospectively if there are concrete indications of a justified suspicion of illegal use.
3. Web analysis
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.
We have concluded a corresponding contract for commissioned data processing with the provider.
Your IP address is recorded, but anonymized immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough allocation or localization is possible.
Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is only processed anonymously. The user data is retained for a period of 24 months.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on Privacy Shield agreements of the European Union with the USA. Google has been licensed under the Privacy Shield Framework since September 2017. https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active
